Conference photography and video coverage in Riyadh
We cover conferences, forums and summits with a crew spread across halls, the main stage and the accompanying exhibition. You receive edited session and speaker photos during the conference, sessions can be streamed live with several cameras, and a highlight film and full photo library follow.
Every session, not just the main stage
A conference has several things happening at once: the keynote, side workshops, agreement signings, sponsor stands and VIP arrivals. We place photographers and videographers according to the schedule, so neither your media team nor your sponsors miss a moment they need.
Fazaa has covered conferences and forums such as the Occupational Safety and Health Conference and the SCCA International Arabic Moot, and exhibitor participation at major shows such as World Defense Show 2026 and LEAP.
Publishable assets while you are still in the hall
Our editors work on site, so opening and speaker photos arrive during the event and short social clips arrive the same day. Your accounts post from inside the event, not days later.
For sessions that need an audience beyond the hall we provide multi-camera live streaming, planning camera positions, audio and streaming points with your technical team before conference day.
After the conference: a highlight film and an organised library
We deliver a highlight film of the key speeches and moments, and a photo library organised by day and session, ready for reports, PR and sponsor reporting.
