Professional Event Coverage in Riyadh for Conferences, Exhibitions, and Occasions

We capture events with a cinematic touch that preserves their most memorable moments.

Fazaa has covered more than 300 events over more than 10 years in the market, from government and corporate conferences to some of the largest entertainment and sports events in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh Season, MDLBEAST, WWE, boxing nights and Barq's participation at LEAP.

Every coverage is led by Fazaa's core team in directing, filming, post-production and equipment, and the crew scales with the event, up to hundreds of photographers for large events. The style and delivery standards stay the same whether your event is a workshop in one hall or a festival running for days across several venues.

We plan the coverage with your team before the event: the session schedule, the moments that cannot be missed, where photographers stand in halls, stages and entrances, and what you need to publish in real time. During the event our editors work on site, so photos and clips reach you ready to publish while the event is still running.

Because our large-event experience is published and verifiable: more than 300 events, including Riyadh Season, MDLBEAST, WWE and Barq's participation at LEAP, and conferences such as the Occupational Safety and Health Conference and the SCCA International Arabic Moot.

Because the crew scales with you: a stable core team leads the coverage and grows to hundreds of photographers when the event needs it, so you never have to assemble freelancers from several suppliers.

Because delivery starts during the event: edited photos while it runs, same-day reels and short clips, multi-camera live streaming for sessions and shows, aerial drone filming, then a highlight film and a complete photo library afterwards.

Because everything sits with one company: filming, editing, post-production, equipment and production crews, so responsibility for quality is never split between suppliers.
